Audited by BSI Management Systems to comply with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality standard, holding Certificate No. FS 32818. Under this certification, TPS is audited by an external BSI Assessor on a six monthly cycle and has successfully been approved at these inspections with no non-conformances for the last ten years. Original certification was achieved in 1995 and since then has been fully maintained for a continuous period. Under the Quality Management System TPS operates a complaint logging and management system.
